We were a family of 4 with 2 very young kids and arrived in Fiss around 9.30 pm. Our Airbnb booking had turned into a disaster, and we couldn’t get into the place. The people at Tschugmall apartments, who I think were the owners and their young son, were incredibly kind when we asked for help. The father and son started making calls at that late hour to try to reach the host of the other Airbnb, and stayed with us the whole time. When it became clear that place wasn’t accessible, I asked if they had anything available. They offered us a big apartment for 6 people at no cost. I had to insist that the gentleman take the normal rate; in the end they accepted a nominal fee, which I don’t think covered the actual cost of the big apartment. After the awful Airbnb experience, our stay with them was wonderful. The father, mother, and son went above and beyond for my family that night, and I’ll always be grateful. Thank you. I encourage people traveling to this hilltop at Fiss to book here. Don’t rely on Airbnb.

The apartment has plenty of room and storage, even for a longer stay, and was exceptionally clean, truly spotless. We felt comfortable straight away. The hosts were welcoming, friendly, and attentive, and the bread delivery made mornings especially pleasant. The location is sunny and peaceful, with the mountain lifts quickly reached along a lovely path. We had another perfect stay in this beautiful house, thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and would love to come back. Thanks again! ☀️

We felt at home right away after a very warm welcome. The apartment is spacious and spotlessly clean, with a generously equipped kitchen and everything else we needed. The location near the cable car valley station is excellent. We’ll definitely return to Haus Tschuggmall!

We especially enjoyed the spa, and the views from the balcony and reading nooks were breathtaking. The apartment is spacious, modern, and furnished to a high standard, with comfortable rooms and everything needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. We felt at ease from the start, were warmly welcomed, and could always find someone on-site. The beds were made and the apartment cleaned daily. On request, fresh rolls and other baked goods could be delivered to our door in the morning. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and it’s a short walk to the village center and cable cars. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

The rooms were spotless, neat, and modern. The owners made us feel very welcome and looked after us really well. We'd happily come back, and I highly recommend it.
