The Place Boutique & Design Hotel Flachau

The location is the one upside, but our attic room felt like a storage space and had a tiny bathroom. We probably got the worst room. Its windows open onto a balcony shared by all the guests, so we couldn’t leave the window or shade open. People played music out there, and at first we thought it was a nightclub next door. There was no fridge or safe in the room, and the same soap was used for the sink and shower, so we had to move it back to the sink after showering. Towels weren’t supplied generously. One day we left a towel on the floor and didn’t get a replacement until the next day. The toilet wasn’t cleaned during the whole week. The sheets were folded on the bed each day, but my nightgown was oddly tossed on the sofa. The hotel was full, so we couldn’t get an extra pillow and used our coats instead. Breakfast was stale, with bread, cold cuts, and yogurt, and it got cramped when lots of people came down at once. The hotel’s look was unattractive too.
