An acceptable place, and breakfast was fine too.

The host family was consistently friendly and courteous, and they did everything they could to meet our requests. We felt very comfortable, and everything was straightforward and honest. We stayed overnight on a cycling trip, had dinner and breakfast, and got a warm welcome. Our bikes were safely stored in the garage. The room was spotless and matched the photos exactly. Both meals were enjoyable, with a small but good-quality selection. The price was right, and the stay was better than we expected.

During a violent summer storm, we were riding our motorcycles and needed to stop briefly to put on our rain gear. The property's private parking lot was completely empty, but the owner wouldn't let us use it for this emergency stop. She drove us away very rudely and threatened us, telling us to go back to Italy. That was quite a demonstration of her guesthouse management skills. I strongly advise against any interaction with this property. Best regards, and “see you in Italy...”

We'd gladly come back. The staff were attentive and easy to communicate with, and even though we arrived late, we were still able to get a good meal. The room was a little old-fashioned but very comfortable. A lovely place to stay for cyclists and other travelers.
