Getting to check in at 8:00 AM was really convenient, especially since they let us know by email beforehand. The rooms are stylishly decorated and felt comfortable, and the kids loved the heated pool. We could use the washing machine and dryer for a low cost, which made our stay easier. A great place for families, and one I'd recommend.

The spa was a real treat on a cold day. We also loved the beautiful setting, excellent rooms, and really lovely staff.

We were there in summer as two adults with three kids and were very happy with the hotel. The rooms look great, and the kitchen has everything you need in the apartment. There's no A/C, like in most Austrian hotels, but the evenings are usually cool enough. We loved the heated pool, sauna, and relaxation floor. The underground garage had the best acoustics I've ever experienced. Even the living room sofa bed was comfortable, considering. The supermarket is just a five-minute walk away, though the hotel is in a neighborhood that isn't very touristic. Staff were super helpful, and check-in was easy.
