We were looked after from the moment we arrived, and the family who owns the hotel made us feel like VIPs with their personal, friendly service. It was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had, better than many international five-star hotels. The modern facilities were exceptional. Our highlights were the outdoor hot pool, sauna, and kids’ playroom, and the indoor garage made getting to and from the car easy while staying sheltered. The rooms are spacious, the hosts are friendly, and the SPA is wonderful. There’s a large underground garage, free to use, and the views are great. I’d come back in a heartbeat. Thank you!

We were able to enjoy the property longer because our room was ready even though we arrived early. From the moment we drove into the hotel’s car park, we had a feeling this place was special, and even the modern, lovely garage impressed us. The owner greeted us warmly, showed us around, and told us how she felt about the place. I’m a little jealous they get to live somewhere so incredible. Our huge studio smelled so good and had a super comfortable bed, a large bathroom, and a balcony with stunning mountain views. They even provide a branded hiking backpack to take on walks. The welcome guide had useful information about the sauna, pool, and restaurant recommendations. The brand-new wellness area was jaw dropping, with an infinity heated pool with massage jets, several saunas, a snacks and drinks station, reading lights, a bikini dryer (so good), a natural outdoor pool, BBQ area, and beautifully designed gardens. Massages are available too, and they sell handmade soaps and other products. I couldn’t stop smiling and looking around. The relaxation zone is the most beautiful place. The owners were always smiling, kind, and genuinely welcoming. Their hospitality will stay in my mind for a long time. The town center, with its restaurants and shops, is only a short walk away. Breakfast was incredible, and the warm service made us feel like family. The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I wouldn’t change a thing. Highly, highly recommended!
