They did help with my suitcase transfer to the station, and there was a backpack and umbrella available to use. But the station is a 35 minute uphill walk, and the place is far from other facilities. No fridge in the room. The spa closes at 7, and visitors are naked. Housekeeping came in without warning, and there was no do not disturb sign. There were caterpillars crawling near the pillow, which management treated as normal. I found the staff unfriendly and felt management was focused only on money and revenue over customer satisfaction. The hospitality felt much less warm than nearby Italy, and that made me uncomfortable.

The first welcome at reception could have been better, as other guests have mentioned. After that, things were very good. The hotel and sauna area were clean, well maintained, and in good shape. The restaurant was lovely, and its food quality and choice were what you'd expect from a four star hotel.

We came for a wedding and had a wonderful time. The staff were incredible, and our room was spotless, with an amazing bathroom. I'd definitely like to return for skiing in winter.

Getting to the slopes is easy without a car, and there are enough parking spaces if you do bring one. The spa and bar restaurant have both been newly refurbished and look fabulous. The kitchen and staff were excellent, and the rooms had a decent amount of space. Beds were fine, nothing new or especially plush, but perfectly reasonable. Very comfortable place, very much recommended.

The staff were the best I've ever come across, and the food was top notch. Four stars for Chef and the staff. It's a really cute place, with a water park and lake within driving distance. There is an indoor pool, though I didn't use it. No AC, so it can get hot in August, around 30-33°C.
