Bianca, who served us during our stay, deserves a special mention. She was attentive and caring, especially with our baby girl, and her warm, friendly manner made every meal a pleasure. We stayed at Hotel Tirolerhof for three nights, and the whole experience was wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff clearly take pride in keeping everything to a high standard. The hotel is beautifully situated for getting to attractions and activities around Tyrol, whether you want outdoor adventures or a quiet break. Its amenities were excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, highly recommend Hotel Tirolerhof, and hope to return.

The spa was great for recovering after a day on the slopes, though the pool water could maybe be warmer in winter. The staff were the best, and the owners were lovely. Breakfast and dinner both exceeded our expectations by a lot. A great place for skiing and visiting Innsbruck.

We arrived very late with no reservation, and the staff were still friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautifully clean and comfortable, with thoughtful touches like swim towels, bathrobes, and slippers. I’ll be judging every future stay against the hospitality at the Alpenhotel, and I’m afraid none will match it.

The rooms were clean and recently renovated, and the restaurant food was OK. But it gets hot in summer without air conditioning, and some of the waiters have limited English. I would have given three stars until the receptionist turned down our late checkout, saying, “we are full, sorry.” That alone wasn’t unusual. As we were leaving, though, he said, “we could have extended your stay for the whole day but you rated us 3 stars - so we didn't”. I’m giving them two stars because they outright lied to us.

The pool, steam room and sauna were all good, and breakfast was great. Our room felt modern and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly too. Highly recommended.
