We had a blast here. The hotel is well equipped, the rooms are nice, and breakfast was good. Staff were friendly too. There’s a great entertainment room with books, board games and a pool table. It’s a peaceful spot, and we took an evening walk along nearby roads through fields, past rivers and nature.

The owners are very friendly, and there’s lots of room to park. It’s a family-friendly place and, for cyclists, a paradise, with Großglockner peak very close. The cabin is lovely and spacious, though not every room has its own bathroom. We had a great experience.

I only booked a room with breakfast, but the whole chalet looked lovely, with a nice garden and a games and playroom. I can see it working really well for a family or group of friends renting the entire house. For my final night after a seven-day Glocknerrunde hike, the room was just right: close to the trail and some hotels and restaurants, with comfortable beds and a welcome shower. Great value, especially off season.

The breakfast was amazing, and there’s a nice playroom. The hotel was perfectly clean and convenient, with morning sun on the terrace. The staff were great. We’d definitely recommend it and come back.

It’s my third time at Chalet Charlotte, this time with a big group of 13, and the hosts were as helpful as ever. We’ve only stayed for skiing, and the views are beautiful. The games room is brilliant and the hot water comes through quickly. Wi-Fi can be temperamental, but a quick reset fixes it.
