Dinner and breakfast were both delicious, with dinner especially generous in size. Breakfast was varied and clearly prepared with care. The owner was so friendly and accommodating that I felt welcome right away, and they even switched on the sauna especially for me. I had a wonderful stay at Gasthof Wachter vlg. Lasser and would happily return.

Even with the restaurant full, the staff stayed attentive and relaxed, and we felt really comfortable. The dishes looked beautiful and tasted great, too. It was such a pleasure to eat so well. Thanks to the whole team, we’ll be back for sure! We give it a toque!

Our family felt very well looked after at Gasthaus Wachter. The hosts were so friendly and helpful, and especially thoughtful with the children. The rooms were clean, nicely furnished, and practical, so we felt at home straight away. We also loved the regional cooking, every dish made with care and heart. There’s plenty to do nearby, from hiking and cycling to family outings, making this a great base for both relaxing and getting out to explore. We’ll definitely return.

Really good value for money, and an excellent restaurant. Highly recommended.

I happened to book a room at Gasthof Wachter on a work trip, and I’d definitely recommend it. The modern rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. Dinner and breakfast were both outstanding, with regional ingredients.
