The apartment was spotless, with spacious rooms, and it's only a ten-minute drive to the Ischgl parking lot. We appreciated having a baby cot, highchair, and bathroom stool for our toddler. The neighboring cats were cute, and the area was quiet, with a paved path beside the river for walks and mountain views. On the downside, the boot dryer by the entrance didn't dry some boots well, and the drying rack was cold most of the time. Although the description mentioned a children's playground, there wasn't one, nor anything for a child to play with. Toys in the yard turned out to belong to the neighbor and were soon locked away. A larger fridge and proper coffee mugs, rather than just tiny teacups, would've made the stay perfect. Garbage sorting was confusing too: we saw the bio bin outside once, and then it disappeared. Otherwise, we had a very good stay.

We visited Galtur in August and found this place well worth staying at. It's a comfortable, very tidy and clean option for couples or families, and the owners clearly take care of it. We were there with kids and had no problems. The price was affordable for a modest budget.

The building is nice, and the apartments are large and roomy. But quiet in the house is a requirement, which is hard to manage with small children.

The rooms are OK, but all the rules and guidelines left us feeling restricted. I wouldn't recommend this place for families with children.

The landlady and her husband are very friendly and helpful, and try to accommodate requests. We've been staying here for years and remain completely satisfied. The apartment is clean, spacious, and well furnished, and our towels were even changed midweek. The ski bus to Ischgl and Galtür is excellent. We can't understand some of the other reviewers' comments: we listen to music and play cards in the evenings too, and no one has ever complained. The house isn't noisy. You'd have to be really loud for the owners to hear you.
