The location worked really well for skiing, with the bus route right there. It was a four-minute walk into town, and there are good local supermarkets nearby. The facilities are basic but clean. There is a small sauna, though you have to book it in advance and pay an extra 10 euros cash per person for each session. Ski passes can be arranged through a guide who visits the hotel, but that is cash only.

My family of 15 is staying here for 16 days, and they hate it. The bedding is dirty underneath, even though it is covered with clean-looking covers. A little spilled water made it turn yellow. The money isn't refundable, so this has been a waste of money, time, and experience. If hygiene matters to you, I don't recommend this place at all.

I want to give this hotel zero. There were spiders and spider nests everywhere, including two giant spiders in the bedroom. Dust and spider webs covered the dirty living room, and the carpets were full of hair. The mattresses were awful and left my back hurting. The dirtiest hotel, it was so bad.

The apartment was clean and everything else was fine. The place itself is good, but the mattresses in that apartment should be replaced so people can sleep and rest better.
