The pool was heaven, and the modern, clean gym and professional yoga sessions made it easy to unwind. The kids' room and bar are thoughtfully set up, and regular buses make the location handy. Our room was clean and the beds were comfy. Steffi gave outstanding restaurant service, and the food was a delight, including options for gluten and dairy free. We had a fantastic holiday, every detail seemed taken care of.

The food may have been the highlight, though we also made good use of the warm pool, saunas and games room. We spent a lovely week here skiing. Our room was clean, lovely and had a really good view, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

After skiing, it was a really restful place to come back to. The outdoor thermal spring pool looks down the valley with an infinity view, wonderful. There's also a small but good sauna and steam rooms. The ski bus stops right outside, and there's a warm boot room plus ski storage. Bar prices were lower than I expected, a nice bonus. This family run hotel has to be one of the best three stars. Friendly, helpful staff, with a special mention for Peter.
