We've returned to this family-run gem for a few years now. It's such a welcoming, comfortable place, and even Pino the house dog comes over to greet us. The rooms are fantastic, the food is awesome, and the staff are fabulously helpful, thanks Toma! It's easy to get to the slopes and two spas, and the welcome is the biggest and warmest you could wish for.

We had a wonderful holiday in the Austrian Alps, with summer sun, delicious food and lots of activities and excursions to keep us busy. Access to the Alpentherme, free public transport around the Salzburg region and several lifts nearby meant there was plenty to see and do. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Special thanks to Kurt, Alberto and Sandra for their first-class service. Breakfast and dinner were plentiful and very high quality, and the hotel was spotless and very well maintained. Thanks for a great holiday. I'd happily book again, in sunshine or snow.

Right in the town center, the hotel is well placed for the food store and the city and ski bus station. You also get unlimited access to the Thermal Spa through an underground tunnel.

The direct link to the local spa made it so easy to enjoy the wellness facilities without leaving the hotel, one of the highlights of my visit. The staff were kind and attentive, and did everything they could to make my stay comfortable. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of town with everything nearby. I had a perfect stay and can't wait to return to Österreichischer!

I've stayed in hotels all over the world, but Oesterreicher Hof really amazed me. The food, warmth and service were exceptional, and I felt more comfortable and welcome here than anywhere else. Special thanks to Toma for making breakfast and dinner so memorable with his genuine hospitality. Thanks to him and the whole staff for such a wonderful stay!
