This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The menu promised “medium roast beef,” but the steak we got was ruined and looked more like dog food. My dog wouldn’t even have eaten it (see picture). We left most of it on the plate and mentioned the problem when we asked for the bill. I asked the waitress about the steak. She said it’s always served somewhere between rare and medium. When I showed her the picture, she walked off. Another waitress told us we couldn’t speak with the chef. We asked why, and were told he was hungry 😂. We went to the counter to speak with the original waitress, who said we hadn’t followed etiquette because we didn’t return the dish. She then tried to make it seem like we were at fault for complaining. She never took responsibility or even said “sorry.” On top of that, yesterday they tried to charge us for an extra beer and lied about the wine price. To their credit, they did compensate us with booze that time.

The restaurant staff were the best, making every guest feel at home. Breakfast was great and dinner was superb. From our room to every meal, the whole holiday was a great experience from beginning to end.

The ski lodge has nice staff and good food, and it’s a really nice place to stay. The ski storage, though, doesn’t feel very secure and isn’t nice to look at.

The meals are great. Just pay attention to the elevator recommendations, as apparently there’s a chance of getting stuck in it.
