We were four people booked into apartment number 6 at one of the Star Apartments for three nights at the end of December 2022. When we arrived, two people were missing bed linens and towels, and there was no Wi-Fi box or toilet paper. The sofa bed and the floor behind it were dirty and covered in cobwebs, so we had to vacuum ourselves. Some of the towels and sheets were dirty too. We’re very disappointed with the service on site, especially since they charged us a €65 cleaning fee and didn’t return it despite the filth.

We stayed in the apartment with our dog Coby. The apartment was great, the owners were really friendly, and Coby got to play in the garden. We’d love to come back.
