We visited in October, during fall, when the town was near the end of the season. Even so, we managed to see everything without waiting in line. The farmhouse was beautiful, with spacious, warm rooms. The hosts were very kind and helpful, and if you have kids, the farm animals can keep them happy for hours. It was the perfect farmhouse for our trip. Can’t recommend it enough.

Our family really enjoyed staying in the chalet. The family who runs it were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. They’d thought of so many details that the stay was comfortable, and we loved having fresh local farm products for breakfast each morning. The outdoor bath overlooking the mountains was a highlight too.

The hosts make you feel right at home, and the chalet has lovely views. It’s set up with everything we needed, including a fireplace, kitchen, sauna, bathtub, boot dryer and a good hairdryer, which was handy for long hair. There’s plenty to choose from at breakfast, and the restaurant serves tasty traditional Austrian food. In snow season, the cute animals and activities like torchlit and alpaca walks kept us busy when we weren’t on the slopes. Highly recommend it for a Gerlos visit!

We were 12 people staying in the chalets over winter, and the rooms were clean and well looked after. Benedikt hosted us and was such a kind, welcoming person. The place is beautiful, and we had a lovely time on the torch hike and alpaca walk as a group. Great for photos, too.
