Our stay was great! The room was clean, the restaurant was nice, and the staff were kind. We really appreciated having a baby crib ready for us 😊. I'd love to come back.

There are less expensive places to stay in Gmünd, but I doubt there are better ones. After a few nights, this was the only hotel I've stayed in that started to feel like home. The staff kept finding ways to make things easier and had a solution whenever I raised a concern. When the lufthansa courier couldn't reach me because of a phone problem, they even came in after hours to accept my late luggage.

I've returned several times for business and plan to bring my family next time. The spacious rooms are clean, with genuinely comfortable beds, and the friendly staff are flexible and available whenever needed. Gmund may be a small town, but the central location is great, with lovely walking paths and things to see nearby.

A peaceful spot, and the food is decent.

After waiting 75 minutes, we finally got our food, but they'd brought regular fries instead of the sweet potato fries we asked for. The waitress just said, “Hm.. sorry.” We expected her to bring the right ones, so that was disappointing.
