We only ate at the restaurant. The outdoor area has a lovely view, and it wasn’t crowded. The food was disappointing, though: the fish was dry, the potatoes seemed old, the Kaiserschmarrn wasn’t good, and the apple mousse was extremely sour. The location itself is quite nice.

The food and setting were both okay, but Vivien, the blonde server, left us with a bad memory. She spoke rudely to every guest, not just to us.

The food was okay, though nothing special, and the experience left me completely disappointed. The waitresses were very rude and impolite, I wasn’t given a bill for what I paid, and when I asked about the salad I’d ordered and paid for but never received, they asked me to pay for it again. I don’t recommend this restaurant. Try somewhere else!

The rooms were lovely and spotless, and the people were great, with excellent service. The location is ideal: you can step outside and ski or snowboard straight away.
