The owners are incredibly friendly, always ready to listen and share tips and information. We spent two weeks here in July and felt completely at home. The modern, comfortable rooms and fantastic beds meant we slept really well. The sauna area is small but pleasant, and a lovely way to unwind after a long hike. We've booked again for next year. Highly recommended.

The sauna area was a real highlight, with a stunning view of the Wilder Kaiser. We stayed in March and had a wonderful holiday, with spacious apartments and balconies and everything we needed. The location and mountain views are breathtaking. Tram line C stops nearby and gets you quickly and reliably to the Astbergbahn cable car. The Zeppezauer family were especially welcoming and friendly. It was a holiday that left nothing to wish for. Thank you, we'd love to come back.

I like starting the day out on the balcony with coffee. One morning I’m looking toward the Wilder Kaiser, another time across to Going, Ellmau, and Kitzbühel. The setting is simply breathtaking.

We’ve come back several times because the stays have always been fantastic. The apartments are comfortable, come in different sizes, and have everything you need for a lovely holiday. Going’s ski area is directly accessible, and there’s beautiful scenery all around. The sauna is lovely too, and well worth trying.
