Aziz and Nora were especially warm and kind, and made us feel at home. The hotel is peaceful, surrounded by nature, with clean rooms and beautiful views. The fresh buffet was delicious. I didn’t like having the shower and toilet in separate rooms, but it’s still a lovely place to relax in a calm atmosphere.

Getting here was a bit tricky as a first-time visitor. We eventually found a taxi through Prime, and the driver took us through the mountains at night. The next morning, on Oct 10th, the drive back to Hallstatt was beautiful. The buffet breakfast was great, the room spotless, and there was a good bar. The restaurant serves dinner only. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you want to see more of the area.

Breakfast was a highlight, with more variety than I expected. The juice wasn’t the best, but most of the food was great, and the WMF coffee machines were a nice touch. It gets really busy from 8am to 9am. The rooms are big enough and have balconies with a view, though they aren’t especially traditional. Staff were pretty nice, apart from maybe the bar workers, who didn’t seem happy to be there. Honestly, it’s great for the price.

This is the best accommodation I’ve stayed in. The room’s balcony has a beautiful view, and it’s a short drive to tourist spots like Hallstatt, Gosausee, and Dachstein Glacier. Breakfast has an alright selection, and I loved the croissant. Great service too, thank you!

The location is perfect for skiing, and the rooms were perfectly clean. The reception staff were really polite and helpful. I do think drinks should be included in the dinner price.
