Ferienresidenz Malbrett

We spent our ski holiday here with our little kids, and the location and facilities worked really well for us. The apartments are spacious, clean, and lovely, and the family who runs them is just as nice. We’ll definitely come back.

The interior and location are nice, but it costs way too much for what you get. They didn’t even provide dish soap.

There’s a lovely outdoor pool right next door, which is fantastic, and the apartment is a great fit for families. It’s nicely furnished with plenty of space for four people. Parking can be a bit tight if you have a big car, but it’s manageable. The U-Bahn isn’t ideally placed for anyone who has trouble walking, though it’s otherwise easy to reach. That’s how it is in a mountain village. All in all, a really nice place we’d recommend.

We booked our dinner tables in Serfau from home this time, because it was so busy that finding a table was almost impossible. We’d previously stayed in the old building’s top-floor apartment, with its fantastic view and great balcony. This year we moved to the new house and had Apartment No. 2 with sauna. It was super nice and spacious, with room for five, and the little sauna was just right after a hard day skiing. Everything else was as usual. Both houses have lovely apartments and are well managed and very clean. There’s underground parking, a fully equipped kitchen, towels and bed linen, and bread delivery that’s easy to arrange with the village bakery. It’s not far from the station, though the walk up is a bit steep. Serfaus is well organized: you can leave your ski gear at the valley station, which is convenient and not expensive, then take the village cable car to your accommodation for free.
