Haus am Mühlanger

The interior is older, but it's in good shape. It's a quiet place with a big yard outside, a sauna, and good Wifi. The flats are spacious, the staff are nice, and it's dog-friendly. Very central too.

The owners were very kind, and it's a great place to stay when visiting Serfaus. We hope to return soon, though booking a room during high season is almost impossible :(

The location is excellent, and the apartment works well, with ski storage included. Still, the landlord seemed overwhelmed throughout our stay. The apartment was clean and functionally furnished, though repairs to existing damage looked amateurish. There was a bread roll delivery service with three options: a bread roll, a whole-grain roll, or an oat roll. The owner's heavy smoking left the shared areas smelling strongly of smoke, which we found unpleasant. We pointed out some damage, including a shower that couldn't be used as a shower and only worked as a bathtub. The owner said he'd deal with it. When we followed up the next day, he said he hadn't understood and asked the person who booked to explain again. He then promised to fix it the following day, but nothing happened. We raised it again on day three and said we'd reduce the rent. The repair was finally done on day four. Our documents said payment was due in cash on Friday, but we got a call on Thursday asking us to pay. We were told the date had been changed and the documents hadn't been updated, and that a sign at reception explained it. The owner then asked where the sign was and started looking for it. We also noticed that the website listed a different price for final cleaning than our booking confirmation. We were told those prices were just informational details.

We had a lovely week at Haus am Mühlanger. Georg, thanks for being so welcoming. The location is unbeatable, and we'll definitely return.
