Hampton By Hilton Vienna City West

The location worked well for us, and we liked the hotel. It's about 3.5 km from the city centre, but you can walk or take the U Bahn. Kings summer palace is a 25-minute walk away. The hotel has its own garage, so parking was easy, at 28 euros per night. The guest rooms were very clean and comfortable, and I liked the bed and linen. It's a new hotel. Breakfast was a good buffet, though there wasn't a huge range of different foods. I liked the coffee, and you should try Vienna's melange. Thanks to the team, we had a great time at Hampton by Hilton Vienna City West!

The room felt fresh and well cared for, and had that signature Hilton scent that made it comfortable right away. I had a really pleasant stay at Hampton by Hilton. They also checked me in early at no charge, which made arriving much less stressful, and I appreciated the gesture. Breakfast had a decent variety to get the day started. I heard there were waffles somewhere, but couldn't find them 😄 Maybe next time. A great experience, and I'd definitely come back.

We found the room clean and in good shape, with a comfortable soft bed and pillows and a clean, functional bathroom. Breakfast came with our stay and had a good selection: eggs, cereals, yoghurt, cooked dishes, hams, cheeses, fruit, and bread. The food was the same each day. The hotel's location by the train station made getting around easy, and most attractions were accessible by public transport. There were also several supermarkets around the station. We arrived around 8.00 am on the first day; staff let us leave our luggage so we could explore without carrying it. Early check-in cost extra, so we came back later. We had a comfortable and pleasant three-night stay, and would recommend the hotel for its convenience and service.

Rooms are medium-sized and have good amenities, including an iron, ironing board, and clean towels, though there's no fridge. The staff were cheerful and helpful, and the place was clean. Breakfast is included with every booking, which is handy, and is a typical European spread. The hotel is very good and close to a metro station that reaches central Vienna in 10 minutes. I'd gladly recommend it and stay again.
