Geigers Lifehotel

We only stayed one night at the Lifehotel, but really enjoyed it. The wellness area was beautiful, and the staff were attentive and incredibly friendly. Since it was my husband’s birthday, he was surprised with a lovely special breakfast. The hotel is in a great location too. We’d happily return.

We felt comfortable bringing our little ones here, even when they got a bit noisy. Nobody made us feel they were bothering anyone. It’s a relaxed, well-kept, very child-friendly hotel, with a lovely pool area and a really large children’s section. The food is excellent, with varied menus and several choices. The staff are courteous and friendly, and I have nothing negative to say. We’ll definitely be back!

The restaurant area has been renovated nicely, and the hotel is well located in Serfaus. There’s an underground garage for €5 as well as a bike garage. Dinner was excellent, and breakfast was okay. The rest of the design doesn’t seem to follow the restaurant’s newer look and feels dated. The Comfort Suite was very old, with a 90s feel, and didn’t match the rest of the hotel. The sauna and pool have also seen better days. With the fairly high price for a double room, I can only give it three stars.

The Lifehotel really feels like home, thanks in part to the helpful, friendly staff. The food is a big reason I love it: the menus are amazing, and the breakfast and between-meal buffets are just as good. I joined the Geiger family for a biking weekend last weekend, my second time, and it was another incredibly fun and beautiful trip. It’s a great fit for bikers who enjoy touring and the lovely natural trails across the sunny plateau. Local guides Markus and Jan know their stuff and know how to make it fun. Freeriders have plenty of ways to get out and blast and shred too. If you want good biking alongside a friendly, family atmosphere, the Lifehotel with the Geigers is a great choice.
