The reception ladies were very nice, and it was easy to walk into the old town from here. They managed to fit five of us in one room, which seemed challenging to find in the area. The room was a little outdated, but clean and acceptable. Parking was a bit tight, as was the elevator, but we had a good time overall.

We were able to explore Graz on foot from Hotel Drei Raben, from the lively markets and fascinating museums to restaurants for dinner and the old city centre. The location made the whole visit easy. Even arriving quite late, we felt welcome. The team at Hotel Drei Raben helped us settle in quickly and shared useful local tips. Their thoughtful hospitality made it clear they care about their guests. It's a rare mix of genuine warmth, helpful service and a very convenient location. We can't wait to come back.

The location worked well for getting into the city, and we had a lovely room, with a mini stove, plus private parking. It was good value too. I didn't like the surroundings as much. It was noisy at night, so we had to close the windows and use the AC instead. There were weird people around, which seems to be regular for this city.

The available parking was helpful, and it took us about 15 minutes to reach the Murinsel walking slowly with the kids. Our room had high ceilings and plenty of space for two kids, with comfortable beds. The AC was good quality and helped with the July heat wave.

The hotel felt airy and spacious, nothing stuffy like so many Graz hotels. Our room was clean and roomy, breakfast had plenty of choice, and the cozy décor made it a beautiful place to stay. Check-in was quick and easy, with staff who were informed and relaxed. Everyone we met was professional, friendly and polite. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return.
