The apartments are great, but the customer service was awful.

We found a parking garage about 600 meters away, since there’s no parking at the property. The apartment itself was beautiful and in a lovely spot in the center of Graz. A nice bonus was the beer garden on the building’s ground floor, with excellent food and several kinds of beer to try.

A very nice apartment in the city center. There were seven of us, and check-in and check-out were through an app. We weren’t quite sure how to lock the door at first, but figured it out ;)
