The stay itself was nice, and the facility was excellent. Our room was pleasant, and the building has an elevator. The location is handy too, near the thermal baths and right by mini golf. You also get the Samer Kard, which gives free or discounted entry to many places around the area. The trouble was dealing with the representative: they wouldn’t let us arrive late at the time we’d requested, and we had to chase them for two days to get the attraction tickets.
