Two hours was enough for us to leave. The room was dirty, there were no towels, and the bathroom was filthy with a toilet that didn't work. Ten people were expected to share that toilet. When we called for help, the staff were extremely rude and refused to sort it out. We were still charged for two days after leaving, and they won't refund us. I could understand paying for one day, but charging for two is unacceptable. Simply awful service. Please don't book this hotel.

Be careful if you cancel a reservation. In my experience, they charge a fine, but don't tell you about it on the phone, and the money isn't taken from the account you booked with. Some time later, threatening emails arrive. If you won't pay without basic documentation from the hotel, the case goes to their associates in Vienna. The amount then grows from 60-70 euros to 300-400 euros, along with threats from a law firm. There are plenty of other places to stay in this city.

Heating and lights didn't work, and the room was dusty, with a dirty floor. There was no TV, towels, bed linen, shampoo, soap, coffee machine, or coffee. The boxes were scribbled on, cancellation wasn't possible, and the staff were friendly. They check the room before you can return the key, and even charge for checking out early. For this price, it's outrageous.

The apartments are spacious, simply furnished, and have what you need for sleeping and cooking. The location is central and handy for the university, Graz Opera, Magna, and the Christmas market. There's also a Spar supermarket two blocks away, open every day until 9 pm. Highly recommended.
