The tram stops right in front, and it’s only 3-4 stops to the city center. The room was big, and although the hotel is by the railway, we couldn’t hear anything. Breakfast was good quality, standard fare, and they kept replenishing it. The garage and bar are expensive. There was a nice Christmas installation inside 😊. It works well for business trips and as a base for a family weekend.

I really enjoyed staying here. The hotel was clean and lovely, and the staff were very friendly. It’s beside the railway station and quite close to the city centre. I’d definitely recommend it! ❤️❤️❤️

Breakfast was very crowded. I couldn’t find a table, and after I did, nobody came to clear it for half an hour. The breakfast menu was poor. There was no soap in the bathroom, so I had to go pick some up from reception myself. They advertise a fitness center on booking, but when I asked, they sent me to McFit across the street for 8 eur. We stayed two days, and nobody came to clean the dirty room or replace the towels. There was hair all over the place. A very bad experience.

Coming from NYC after visiting Vienna, I felt at home here. The customer service was GREAT, which I usually find lacking in Europe, and the rooms were clean. Delicious breakfast, excellent location, and more. A+++

We were worried about having a room facing the train station, but the windows block almost all the noise. Even with them open, the trains didn't disturb our sleep. The room was huge, one of the largest we've ever stayed in, and the reception team was welcoming and professional. Having parking underneath the hotel was a real plus. The Wi-Fi could be faster and stronger.
