NED Hotel

A very good place for an overnight stay, with comfortable, quiet rooms. The location is handy if you don’t want to go into the city, and parking is convenient. The staff were very helpful.

We paid €200 for one night in a standard room for two adults and a child, with breakfast and parking included. After booking, I found the same room and conditions on Booking.com for €165. The hotel website listed it at €140, but that was only a base price, with breakfast costing €15 per person and parking another €12 a night. Those required extras weren’t made clear during the direct booking process, and I felt misled. I strongly advise against booking directly. The room was clean, but far too small for three. The bathroom was tiny, and with no shower door or proper curtain, water ended up all over the floor and toilet, and even got out into the room. It left everything wet and inconvenient for the next person. We could also hear constant traffic from the very busy road beside the hotel. For what we paid, the value was poor given the cramped room, bathroom setup, and noise. Better options are available at this price. I stayed one night with my family, two adults and a child, and can’t recommend the hotel based on our experience.

It’s a small hotel, but a very nice one, with great staff. We arrived Wednesday evening and parked in the hotel yard without any trouble. There were a few small shortcomings, but they wouldn’t stop me from choosing it again.

We had everything we wanted at breakfast, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout. Our room and bathroom were clean and neat, and they had prepared things for us when we mentioned we were traveling with two toddlers. There’s free, secure parking at the hotel. It was a very pleasant stay at Hotel NED. If we visit Graz again, we’ll definitely stay here. Thanks for all the service! Best regards!
