The hosts made us feel welcome, and the accommodation had everything we needed. Hauser Kaibling is very close, too.

A lovely apartment, with super friendly hosts. I'd definitely recommend it.

The trip didn't happen because of an accident. Since we booked just three days ahead, we hadn't bought cancellation insurance, but they still waived the cancellation fee. That's service you don't come across every day. Before the trip, they had also kept us really well informed about the area, the route, and what to bring or leave behind. I can't speak to the location or accommodation itself, but communication, answers to questions, and service were all 10 out of 10. We'll definitely go there another time!

The Putz family were friendly and helpful when we needed them, and we had a nice holiday in the Ennstal. The apartment was tidy and had everything we needed. A small downside for us coffee drinkers was that there wasn't a regular coffee maker, just a capsule machine, which I don't personally like. We also found the mattresses quite firm, though that's down to personal preference.
