Mountain View Salzburg - SELF CHECK-IN - Apartments

That mountain view really is amazing, and you can see it right from the bed. The two-person balcony has mosquito protection, too. The apartment is small but has the essentials, with a basic bathroom, free earplugs for the fairly busy road, and a decent location. Nothing great, nothing awful. The kitchen could use work: the knives don't cut and there's no sharpener, the labels on the two cooking burners are hard to read, and the fridge wasn't very good, so we used the freezer to chill drinks. A kitchen light would also help. Parking was the bigger hassle. There are only four tight spaces, first come, first served. Otherwise, the public lot is 500 meters away. Parking there is free from 18:00 to 07:00, but limited to three hours at a time, so you can't park between 10:00 and 15:00. It wasn't too full during our stay, so it may not be a major issue, and there's a bus into the city. I'd call the apartment okay, around 6.8/10 overall.

The price felt fair for the quality. The rooms were clean, with basic amenities and a mountain view, and the location was quiet. Check-in and check-out were easy with the keylocker. There are four free parking spaces.
