I haven't stayed overnight, but I've eaten at this typical, clean Austrian hotel restaurant several times. It seats perhaps 40 people and has a menu with plenty of options, including some dishes that can be changed to vegetarian. The dessert and drinks menus are extensive. The food tastes fine, and the atmosphere is relaxed. Staff are friendly.

We really enjoyed the ambiance at Hotel Alpenklang during our three days and two nights there. Our room was spacious, warm, quiet, modern, and very clean. The food was delicious, beautifully presented and locally sourced. The hotel is high up on the mountain, so getting there by car in winter is a little tricky but manageable. Taxis to the ski slopes were free and punctual, staff were friendly and helpful, and the spacious parking lot was regularly cleared of snow. A couple of small things: the room safe was locked and the minibar empty, though we were told about both in advance. We also didn't particularly like the breakfast coffee, but everything else was excellent. We'd love to come back. Greetings from Croatia.
