After a day on the slopes, the heating and hot water worked perfectly, and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The mountain scenery is beautiful, and it’s quiet here, with a real mountain feel. Ski areas are close and easy to reach, and the bus stop for Zillertal Arena is right next to the building. We had an excellent stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended for comfort, relaxation, and being near the slopes.

The owner was very kind, and the balcony had an amazing view. This is a real hidden gem, and the cleanest guesthouse I’ve come across during all my stays in Austria.

We stayed for two nights. The view was beautiful, and every room has a balcony. The place is very neat and well maintained, with a well-equipped kitchen.

The host was really kind and helpful, and Tyrol has few locations better than this one. We had a big apartment and a suite. The apartment had three bedrooms, each with a double bed and either a single bed or a sofa bed. There was a nice kitchen with a dining area, a large balcony, one toilet, one shower, and another bathroom with a toilet. One bedroom also had its own balcony with a view. The suite was very nice too, with a small kitchen and a balcony facing the view. Free parking and a BBQ area. Amazing place!

Friendly service and modern decor, plus the best view. The location is hard to beat, with the bus stop for the ski resort downstairs. We’ll absolutely come back every year.
