The views are lovely, and the house is in good shape. A few things made the stay less convenient, though: flies got into the house because of the dogs living right next door, and the internet was a bit unreliable, so I wouldn’t count on it if you need a steady connection. Public transport is limited, with only three buses out in the morning and three back. We needed a car to come and go with any flexibility.

It’s so peaceful up there, and the view is amazing. The Vila is the last one on the road, above 1000M, which gives it a special feel. We loved the fresh milk the host left at our door every morning. It brought back the kind of milk I drank as a kid. The rooms are big and very clean, and there’s everything you need for a ski trip, including a dry room for your gear, a BBQ, and floor heating. It’s a 10-minute drive from Zel am Zillertal, 15 minutes from Gerlos, and 20 minutes from MAYRHOFEN. Definitely recommend it for a group of a couple of families with kids.

The owners were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the house has a breathtaking view. It’s beautiful and superbly equipped, too. We had a wonderful ski holiday here and would love to come back.

Almost every room has a balcony, and the view from them is amazing. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The approach can be tough on the clutch, and anyone afraid of heights might find it difficult. I couldn’t find a hairdryer, though it’s usually windy here. I’ll book again for next year!
