Our whole family felt welcome, and we really enjoyed this hotel. It was very clean and had plenty of room for us. The hosts were accommodating and so friendly. Breakfast was amazing, and the coffee and drinks were great too. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The dinners at Berghotel Hois were a real treat. The local ingredients, including rainbow trout and Galloway beef, the three-flavor dumplings, and the desserts all left us speechless. Three cheers for the chef and his charming assistant Anna. It’s heartwarming to see people put so much time and care into good, natural home cooking. We’d been to Heiligenblut ten years ago, but this time we had an absolutely wonderful week and are already looking forward to coming back. Karoline makes the place feel like home from the moment you walk in. She’s always smiling, graceful, helpful, and attentive to all the little details. She really is the soul of the hotel. It’s a small, lovely family hotel in a quiet neighborhood, about a five-minute walk from the cable car and its magnificent ski area. The apartments are spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless. The website photos don’t do them justice. We were enchanted as soon as we walked into ours.

The outdoor area was lovely, full of beautiful flowers, and breakfast was tasty. Our apartment was clean and well equipped. The owners were very kind and even upgraded our room. A really cozy hotel in beautiful surroundings. Thank you!

The children loved it here. We had the suite with a balcony looking out over the mountains, and the location was incredible. The woman at the desk in the morning was so friendly and gave us great tips.
