The hosts really know how to make you feel welcome. Our room was spacious, with a view of Großglockner, and the station was a five-minute walk away. The wellness room was modern, spotless, and very well kept. There’s also a large heated ski storage room with boot warmers.

The setting and mountain views from the rooms are amazing, and the drive up is breathtaking. It’s such a peaceful place to relax or go hiking. The staff are genuine, fun people who don’t take things too seriously, which makes for a really relaxed atmosphere. The deck outside is Ana amazing spot for a drink or coffee. I’d come back. I gave five stars hoping the breakfast selection gets a little better, though having eggs cooked to order is a really nice touch.

It’s a beautiful old hotel with a quaint, storybook feel. The views and location were spectacular, and the staff were so kind and friendly. I’ll definitely return.

Our car broke down, so we stopped in the hotel’s empty parking lot for ten minutes. The owner wanted €50, or €150 for calling the police. We weren’t happy with him and felt he let himself be bribed.

The views are amazing and the location is perfect. Our room was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. I’d definitely recommend it.
