Clofers Relax Residences Rattendorf

We rented an apartment that was in such poor shape it shouldn’t have been offered. The main issue was the bed: instead of a proper mattress, it had several layers of foam. The property management tried for months to reach the owner but couldn’t get through. After our stay and repeated complaints, we were offered €100 back, but we never heard from management again and the money never arrived. I can’t recommend this apartment.

There was a water leak in our room. For accommodation at this price, that shouldn’t happen. I reported it during our stay, but management never properly fixed the issue. Poor value overall.

The reception team answered my questions almost immediately over WhatsApp, so communication was fast and efficient. We had a comfortable, well-maintained house with two bathrooms, a sauna, a sun shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils, even a digital scale. It’s divided into two units, both occupied during our stay, but we couldn’t hear the neighbors. Millennium express is only a five-minute drive away, with several toboggan runs in the same area. One thing to plan for: supermarkets are closed on Sundays, and the nearest open minimarket is in Nassfeld, a 20-minute drive. We had an excellent vacation and would recommend the park.

Everything had its place in this beautiful cottage, and we couldn’t find anything to complain about. So much care went into every detail, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom is spacious, while the living room is charming but narrow. We’d love to have a cottage like this of our own. Simply divine!
