A friendly place in a quiet, beautiful area.

The actual property was a huge letdown compared with the online pictures. At first glance it felt like a used car lot. The rooms were okay, but the beds were very uncomfortable, and the musty basement smell made it uninviting. The staff looked unkempt, which didn’t make breakfast pleasant. One room is set apart behind a separate door, and both its hallway and room smelled strongly of cigarettes despite smoking being prohibited everywhere. The one-night price is very cheap, and you can tell. All in all, a complete disappointment. I can’t recommend it.

It’s a decent place for a low price, with a great owner, a sociable guy who’s nice to talk with. The rooms are okay, the beds comfortable, and the shower has good pressure. Nothing is especially state of the art, but it works, which is what matters to us.

A lovely base for alpine trails, with delicious breakfasts and friendly owners. The guesthouse is very clean and beautifully placed high up near a lake.

The TV was tiny and looked like it was from 50 years ago. Our room was dirty and uncomfortable, and there were pubic hairs on the toilet seat. I can’t recommend this place to anyone!
