Our family of six kids and parents is thrilled with this place, and seeing the children so happy makes us happy too. The house is older, but it's very well cared for, and the apartments are roomy and have everything you need. The outdoor grounds are enormous, beautiful, and well maintained. The lake view from the terrace, with the mountains beyond, is fantastic. It's such a nice place to sit for dinner or a glass of wine in the evening. At the lake there's a private beach, with a set of sun loungers for each apartment. You can also use two rowing boats and a surfboard for free. We've come back for the fifth time and are still delighted. This house is a top insider tip.

The old hotel has been turned into apartments. It's dated, though clean, and the Wi-Fi in the common area is poor. The path down to the lake is steep. Apart from that, it's a great place to stay with children.

It's a handy place for a lakeside holiday, but it's quite old and the Wi-Fi hardly works at all... :-/
