I loved my two weeks at the hotel. The staff were friendly, and the place had a cozy, beautiful atmosphere. The food was good too, especially the fresh fruit at breakfast and the salads in the evening. For skiing, the skibus stop is right by the hotel and the nearest lift is only a five minute drive away. The sauna, gym, and bar area were all great. Highly recommend!

We’ve stayed at Hotel neue post about 12 times now, in both winter and summer, and it’s almost our second home. After a full day skiing, we love relaxing here, and the atmosphere is just as good in summer. The staff are outstanding, always friendly, helpful, and smiling. The food is truly great, with an overwhelming breakfast and refined, tasty dinners. There’s a swimming pool, sauna, ski room, free parking garage, and a bus stop right by the hotel for the Horbergbahn. The rooms vary. Some are older, around the 40x rooms, and those are smaller and a bit dated. Others, around the 20x rooms, are newer. Even the older ones are always super clean.

The restaurant served dinners at a great restaurant quality, and there was plenty of parking. The hotel’s well placed for skiers, with the skibus stopping at the door, plus a decent pool, saunas, and wellness area. Breakfast was good, though there wasn’t much variety.

The food is superb, and I’d especially recommend the Käse Spätzle. There’s also a lovely heated indoor pool, and the rooms are a good size with beautiful views. Since the hotel sits beside a Zillertalbahn station (i.Z Hippach), you can get to both Mayrhofen and Zell am Zillertal, two beautiful local towns. I’d make this hotel my first choice for a getaway.
