The terrace overlooking the river was my favorite spot, especially in the morning and evening. At night there's a small self-service bar, and you settle the bill at checkout. Wi-Fi worked pretty well too. Our room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast had plenty of tasty choices. The spa was a nice way to unwind after the day. I had a really pleasant stay and would happily return.

I found the spa's early closing time inconvenient, and breakfast was very mediocre, with few options and only fried eggs as a cooked dish. Wi-Fi was okay, though not very fast in my room. The service was courteous, and everything was clean, orderly, and functional. The rooms have cozy, warm colors and lighting, a little kitschy in a charming way. Views are beautiful if you get a room facing the castle and river.

A good option at reasonable rates for both business and tourist stays. The staff are courteous, and there's a nice view. The curtains and blinds help make the room dark enough to sleep even when it's still light outside. I'd recommend it to people who enjoy nature and want a romantic break with a good view.

The spa is stunning, so try to arrive before it closes, and definitely book a room with a view of the castle if you can. This is one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. The breakfast buffet could use more gluten-free choices, but I managed with eggs.

The breakfast buffet is very good, and the service staff are really friendly. Burghausen old town is within walking distance. The hotel is in a great spot by the river, with an amazing view of the castle. Even rooms on the other side are well designed, and there are enough outlets for charging devices, though no USB ports.
