I had a negative experience overall. The room itself was good, but the shower had no soap, shampoo, or other toiletries, so I couldn't shower. The self check-in wasn't the best I've used either: one French translation was wrong, and the check-in room was so dark that I had to use my phone torch to read my passport number. The parking is just a few reserved spots in the square out front, not a private area, so I didn't feel safe leaving the car loaded with luggage overnight. I didn't try breakfast because on Saturdays and Sundays it starts at 8 am, too late if you're stopping during a long journey, especially for skiing. They also didn't read the comments in my reservation, which led to a misunderstanding about extra fees. That pushed the total above the offers I had from other hotels.

They only change the towels every fourth day. That's not acceptable.

For the price, this was the best hotel I've stayed in. The location was amazing, and so was breakfast. The staff were lovely, and everything was super clean!

We slept like babies with the lovely creek right beside the hotel. The place was calm, clean, and very nice, with parking close by and WiFi that worked well. Breakfast was delicious, too. The automatic check-in was easy and worked perfectly. We'll come back.

Good value, very clean, and right in the centre. The heating in my room didn't work, though. The hotel staff didn't apologize, just said they'd pass it on to the technician. The lady did bring me a portable bathroom heater.
