The setting is lovely and the ski resort is close by, but the food was poor. If you're not up early enough to get the eggs at breakfast, asking for more doesn't help. The answer is, “Tomorrow!!!” The staff don't fully understand the local language, and sometimes can't even manage a hello or a smile. The new Czech management brings a different culture from what you'd usually expect in Austria.
