We had a great apartment in a very good location. It was bright and spacious, with a beautiful view from the balcony, and the owners were extremely nice.

Maybe the landlords find it amusing, but I don't. They confirmed the booking in writing, then Booking.com cancelled it just four days before our trip, saying the landlord had overbooked the apartment. Now, so close to our arrival, we're scrambling to find somewhere suitable. Thanks a lot!
