There are plenty of hiking options nearby, and the neighbourhood is really nice. We had a great vacation with our small children in the modern, well-equipped apartments. The staff were friendly, and we really enjoyed our stay. I can only recommend it.

The chef is great, and our room was comfortable. This family-run hotel is in Filzmoos, a small ski resort, just 50m from the Papageno lift valley station. The hosting family were careful and very attentive, and there is a nice sauna facility too.

A nice family hotel with friendly owners and staff. It was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was great. Right by a skiing slope and vis a vis mprice store, it's a 27 min drive to Schladming or Flachau.

The staff were courteous, and the hotel was tidy and reasonably clean, with a layout that felt like a newer build. Its patterned galvanised steel or aluminium balconies are made to look like wood. The Alpenblick is a few hundred metres from the centre of Filzmoos and directly opposite a supermarket that is open on Sunday morning, which is handy. There were no major complaints, but the friendly service could use more attention to detail. The shower gel and soap containers were empty when we arrived, and there was a stain on the mattress cover. At breakfast, several trays were empty even though the hotel wasn't full. After I alerted an employee, the yoghurt was replenished quickly, but they didn't check the other dishes that also needed filling. An OK place to stay, though guest service could be more proactive.
