The hosts were especially kind, welcoming, and attentive, and the breakfast had a broad range of tasty choices for different dietary preferences. My room was warm and spacious, so I felt comfortable as soon as I arrived. The location is handy for reaching Austria's major ski resorts, and I'd happily stay here again.

It has that warm, cozy mountain cabin feel, and the staff were really, really friendly. The hotel's sweet mascot is Annalise. Highly recommend.

We hadn't planned to stay here, but changed our European tour route and found the hotel. The host was very helpful when we asked for six rooms and made space for our group. The restaurant was closed, so our host kindly ordered a selection of pizzas from town instead, and we all had a lovely evening. Breakfast the next morning was great, with lots to choose from and everything well made. We couldn't recommend the place more. It exceeded all our expectations.

My large single room was very clean and well equipped, and it came with an outdoor terrace. The staff were helpful, and there was private parking. Breakfast included scrambled eggs and bacon, though I should have asked for fried eggs instead. My complaint was the lack of a shower curtain. Imst isn't a metropolis, so if you have particular sights in mind, go to Fussen.

Our company had a reservation, but a flight delay meant our guest would arrive after 9 pm, when check-in and hotel entry close. The woman at the hotel tried to reach us in good time, but couldn't get through. When I finally spoke with her, she kindly arranged check-in remotely despite it being late and outside her responsibilities, and despite her own work schedule and personal situation. I'm grateful for her effort, professionalism, and understanding.
