The food was some of the best we've ever eaten. We were on half board, with breakfast and a wonderful four-course dinner. The soup and appetizers changed each night and were always delicious, and there was always something nice for the kids too, like onion rings, spring rolls, or chicken nuggets. Our 13-year-old could choose from either the adult or kids' dinner menu, which was nice. Friends who joined us one night said the Kaiserschmarrn was the best they'd ever had. Our Junior Suite A had plenty of space for us and our two kids, aged 13 and 9. It was cosy, immaculately clean, and had a very useful walk-in closet with lots of storage. There was a kettle, tea, and coffee, but no mini-fridge. The hotel restaurant has astounding views. The heated pool was a huge bonus, with great views from the deck. It's small, but there was enough room for laps and for the kids to play. There's no shallow end, so children need to know how to swim. We didn't use the saunas, but the area looked clean and lovely, with three types of sauna. They don't serve lunch, just tea and cake during the day, which was very tasty.

The food is excellent, and the cleanliness is top-notch. You could eat off the floor of your room. It's a quiet, calm family hotel in a great spot on the hillside. The owner is grumpy and doesn't smile much, and the waitress is the same. If you're travelling with kids, I'd look for a more family-friendly hotel. Otherwise, the atmosphere is very quiet and calm.

The mountain views were amazing, and the spa was really nice, with a pool, three kinds of sauna and a place to relax. The service was great too, friendly and good with kids. Excellent hotel.

The meals were the best part, especially those desserts. I miss them so much 😭 Everything was clean, and the staff were great and always ready to help. We had the best holiday there, it felt like heaven!
