The reception staff were really helpful, and the clean, simple rooms are close to the Old Town, which is ideal for tourists. The funicular up to the Nordkette lifts is also walkable, around 15 minutes away. The lift to the rooms is small, so two people with lots of luggage will struggle to fit. For a day or two, though, it’s a perfect solution. There’s no bar or restaurant, so you’ll need to find food locally.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the location is very good. I wanted to book two more nights, but the receptionist said I could only book one. Afterwards I checked Booking.com and saw there were still plenty of rooms free, but the price for the third night was lower. I guess that’s why the receptionist told me no more rooms were available for that last night.

The apartment worked really well for our family of four, with plenty of room for a crib and a handy pull-out bed for our daughter. Its spot in the Old Town was the other big plus: step outside and you're on those little pedestrian streets, with the Golden Roof just around the corner.

Our room had plenty of space, and check-in was easy. The staff were nice and the location made getting around really convenient. We were right by the tram, so it got a little loud, but otherwise everything was perfect.

The location and service both suited me well while I was travelling. If I visit Innsbruck again, I'd choose this place another time.
