We stayed four nights and really enjoyed having this as our base, especially as first-time visitors to the area. The staff took time to explain things and were incredibly helpful. We received a Welcome Card when we arrived, which made a big difference: public transport was free, and staying more than three nights also got us a free cable car ride and several other discounts. It saved us a lot. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel’s artwork in the hallways and shared spaces made it a beautiful place to walk through, with a distinctive, high-end feel. It’s about a five-minute walk to the old town, bus stops, and river, so we could reach everything on foot. Breakfast was pretty standard, just enough before a day of sightseeing. The breakfast room and service, though, were real highlights.

The room and bathroom were a good size and had what we needed as travelers. Service was wonderful, and breakfast was very good. Great stay, highly recommend!

The buffet breakfast was expansive and included in our stay. The location was ideal, within walking distance of the main train station and close to shops, restaurants, and the Christmas Markets. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved staying here and will be back on our next trip to Innsbruck.

We spent Friday and Saturday night here in mid-October. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was wonderful, with lots of choices. It’s an easy walk from the train station and around town. Our room was clean, quiet, nice, and comfortable.

The people were warm and accommodating, and the amenities were very good. The location and view were great too. I’d gladly stay here again.
